The Men’s Group will be meeting at Innerleithen Memorial Hall at 6.30pm, for a journey around Innerleithen led by members of the Innerleithen Community Trust. This is a prepared route that will take us back in time, learning about how the town came to develop and how it has become what it is today. We will arrive back at Memorial Hall by 8.30pm. The walks will be a wander to local places of historic interest and with information, illustration and stories given by members of the Trust. The walk is intended to be leisurely with questions and discussion being encouraged. The walk will visit part of Innerleithen that is uphill but should be suitable for most.
Cost £3 per person. Please note that this event is open to women!
