Christine Drummond

If it was true that “Only dull women have immaculate homes”, Christine she would definitely qualify as interesting.

Trained as a social worker and mental health nurse, she also worked as a waitress and a postie, but her favourite job was being stay-at-home Mum to two boys, in the long-ago days when that was a feasible option for ordinary folk.

One of her passions is to spread the message that if we live to our nineties, 1 in 3 of us is likely to have a dementia – so it’s in everyone’s interests to have good support services.
