Summary

Today is the first Sunday in Advent – the four weeks in the run up to Christmas. For most of us it’s a time of frenzied activity – shopping, parties, putting up the tree, trying to think of presents for people who have everything… In the middle of all of that, God is trying to break through to us this Christmas, and we need to do something to hear what he has to say.
