Today is the last in our series working through Paul’s letter to the Philippians, in which we’ve been focussing on the habits Paul developed that brought lasting happiness to his life. The passage today deals with one of the biggest health problems in this country – stress.
Much of this series – Pause – is about pausing some of the routine things that we fill our time with, in order to do something else that needs to take a higher priority. But sometimes we need to pause in order to do… nothing.
