Summary
Although Lent does not begin till Wednesday, this year our Lenten series begins with a look at Genesis and the world as God intended and then consider what went wrong that lead to Jesus having to come and sacrifice Himself for us.
As we approach Easter our language borrows much from the story of the Passover in Exodus and so a few weeks considering the Exodus story will also be considered.
In Genesis 1 we read first of a God who creates, gives and enables life to allow freedom and fruitfulness. What more can we learn and appreciate of the God we worship? God, who we are privileged to call Our Father.
