Lost and Found

Summary

The “hero” of Oscar Wilde’s play The Importance of Being Earnest famously revealed to Lady Bracknell that he didn’t know details of his birth, as he was found as a baby in a handbag at Victoria Station. All joking aside, how might that situation apply to the Christian life? Who are we by birth? Where have we come from? If we were found, must we have been lost? Where are we now, and where are we heading next?
